We ordered a carrot cake for a birthday. The cake was perfectly moist, the cream cheese frosting was decadent without being overpowering and it was beautifully decorated. I have a daughter with a peanut allergy and it was so nice knowing it would be safe. This is our new go-to cake baker!

This was the best birthday cake I've ever had. I knew a cake made by Maria would look and taste amazing but this exceeded my expectations. It was larger, more beautifully decorated, and way tastier than any cake I've ever gotten from a bakery and came so perfectly and professionally packaged. It also weighed about 20 pounds and my whole family (and then some) ate it for more than a week. This cake totally blew me away and I can't wait to order from Kolbe Cakes again soon!

My favorite dessert is cinnamon buns so my daughter in law surprised me with a custom order for my birthday this year. These were so gooey and sweet and fluffy and amazing-we practically ate the whole tray in one sitting. I left the dinner and ordered two cinnamon bun kits for Christmas because I loved them so much and can't wait to eat them again soon!

This cake was so good. It is so hard to find any place that makes lemon cakes, but that is exactly what we wanted and got for my mother's birthday. She absolutely loved it. It wasn't overly sweet and was so moist. Thank you, Maria!

What a fantastic order of cupcakes! Half double chocolate and half yellow cake with chocolate frosting and 100% crowd pleasers. The cupcakes were adorable with sprinkles to match the color scheme of the party and everyone could partake in the yumminess since they were safe for those with nut allergies. If you are a parent that have school aged kids Kolbe cupcakes by Maria is the way to go. The cupcakes are delicious, with all natural ingredients and natural colors. The best part is that it’s made in a completely nut free environment, which is important when taking treats into school.

We ordered the apple caramel streusel bars as a pie. It was delicious. The best part was the oatmeal cookie crust but the cheesecake apple combination was pretty amazing as well. Maria was to order from and I will definitely be back for more goodies.
